I tried the mathris from Lo! Foods and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mathri. The flakiness and texture was exactly the same as other commercially available mathri but the carb content was much lesser. Loved the jeera flavor in the mathri too.

I have been on ketogenic diet and net 3.9 carbs makes me stick to my diet plan. The atta looks, tastes and feels completely like regular atta but still manages to be very low carb. I have tried 2-3 different companies but the Lo! foods Atta is clearly the best. Infact it tastes great even when the roti is cold.
