Coconut Laddoo
Serving Size : 25 Laddoos
Ingredients :
Lo! Low Carb Atta: ½ cup
Dessicated coconut: ½ cup
Sweetener of your choice
Ghee : ½ cup
Cardamom powder: as per taste
Steps:
- Heat ghee in a kadhai and roast atta on low flame until it changes colour and turns aromatic.
- Add the dessicated coconut and roast it with the atta for 1-2 mins.
- Take the kadhai off the flame.
- When the heat becomes tolerable, take small portions of mixture and shape them into laddoos.
