Atta Laddoo

Serving Size : 25 Laddoos

 

Ingredients :

 

Lo! Low Carb Atta: 500 g

Sweetener of your choice

Ghee : 150 g

Almonds and cashews (chopped): ¼ cup chopped

Cardamom powder: A pinch

 

Steps:

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai and roast atta on low flame until it changes colour and turns aromatic.
  2. Take the kadhai off the flame and add all the other ingredients.
  3. When the heat becomes tolerable, take small portions of mixture and shape them into laddoos.
