A: The Lunch/Dinner box will contain items like an Omelette, Sandwich, Chapati Sabzi, Masala Curry’s, Different Curry’s, Paranthas with sabzi, etc. If you don’t have an appetite for full meals, you can always choose a lighter option like chapati sabzi or Snacks Items.
A: Yes. you will be notified on the next meal’s menu, at least 12 hrs before the delivery.
A: Yes, you can cancel a meal for any day (12 hrs prior) and get the credit adjusted for another day.
Cancellation and rescheduling of meals is only allowed on plans for more than 7 days.
A: Lunch delivery time: Mon-Sun 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Dinner delivery time: Mon-Sun 07:30 PM to 08:30 PM
*Early or late deliveries can be accommodated on request, subject to our discretion.
A: In most areas. this service is available from Monday to Sunday.
A: When you sign up for any of our meal subscriptions, all you need to do is inform us about your allergies and dislikes, and we’ll prepare your meals accordingly!
A: Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of our fresh foods on any purchase. For cancellation of a subscription, we will deduct a processing charge of Rs 500 along with any meals delivered and we would refund the amount. Not applicable for 7 days and weekend plans.
