Spinach Poori

 

Ingredients :
Blanched Spinach (palak): 50 grams
Lo! Atta: 100 grams
Ajwain (optional): ¼ tsp
Salt: as per taste
Oil: Just enough to fry
Mix all the ingredients and knead them into a dough. Roll it into small pooris and fry them
exactly as your regular poori. And be surprised with the taste like I was :)
