Coconut Laddoo

Serving Size : 25 Laddoos

 

Ingredients :

 

Lo! Low Carb Atta: ½ cup

Dessicated coconut: ½ cup

Sweetener of your choice

Ghee : ½ cup

Cardamom powder: as per taste

 

Steps:

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai and roast atta on low flame until it changes colour and turns aromatic.
  2. Add the dessicated coconut and roast it with the atta for 1-2 mins.
  3. Take the kadhai off the flame.
  4. When the heat becomes tolerable, take small portions of mixture and shape them into laddoos.
